Is it warm enough to swim at Zandvoort?

At 17.5°C the water is cool — refreshing rather than warm — fine for a swim, chilly on entry. Sea temperature lags the seasons, so the warmest water at Zandvoortusually comes a month or two after the hottest air, and a cold current or a spell of offshore wind can drop it sharply within a day. This is the surface layer; it's cooler a few metres down.
