Is it warm enough to swim at Goa?

At 31.1°C the water is balmy — bath-warm; lovely to swim in, though warm seas can also mean coral stress nearby. Sea temperature lags the seasons, so the warmest water at Goausually comes a month or two after the hottest air, and a cold current or a spell of offshore wind can drop it sharply within a day. This is the surface layer; it's cooler a few metres down.
