At 23.2°C the water is warm — warm and inviting — easy, lingering swimming weather. Sea temperature lags the seasons, so the warmest water at Jejuusually comes a month or two after the hottest air, and a cold current or a spell of offshore wind can drop it sharply within a day. This is the surface layer; it's cooler a few metres down.
