Is it warm enough to swim at Kamakura?

Sea temperature lags the seasons, so the warmest water at Kamakurausually comes a month or two after the hottest air, and a cold current or a spell of offshore wind can drop it sharply within a day. This is the surface layer; it's cooler a few metres down.
